Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PDF Utility (“the app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
License
PDF Utility grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Subscription Services
Free Version
- The app offers a free version with basic features supported by advertisements

Premium Subscription

- Monthly and yearly subscription plans available through in-app purchase

- Ad-free experience

- Access to premium features

- Subscriptions managed through RevenueCat

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your app store account settings

User Responsibilities
- You agree to:

- Use the app only for lawful purposes

- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

- Not use the app to create, store, or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content

- Respect intellectual property rights of others

Not interfere with or disrupt the app’s functionality

Camera and Photo Library Access

- The app requires camera and photo library permissions for document scanning and image selection

- You grant the app permission to access these features solely for PDF creation purposes

- All processing occurs locally on your device

You can revoke these permissions at any time through device settings

Content Ownership

- You retain all rights to documents and images you create, scan, or process using the app

- You are solely responsible for the content you create and store

- The app does not claim ownership of your files

- We do not upload, store, or access your files on our servers

- Files are stored locally on your device under your control
